I'm Craig, about to turn 40 here in a couple weeks, and figured it's high-time to get my @$$ in gear and put together the kit I've always wanted to since I saw it in 1981 and I was 8 years old. Time to become a TS-series Snowtrooper! (Some guys get a sports car for their mid-life crisis...this is mine.)
Anyways, I'm coming into this 100% green and unknowledgable about any of this. I did some searching on the 501st site and saw their guidelines, so I know what's expected. My question though is, where is the best and most reputable place to get trooper build kits? Searching and sleuthing here and elsewhere showed how people put together their kits, but I'm having a difficult time finding where to get the kits themselves.
One place I did find a kit was at Armor-Depot. Any thoughts? Good to go, or stay away?
